Welcome to the CWWCA 2026 Mid-Year Conference located at the Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center, July 9 – 11, 2026. 

The following information will guide you through purchasing your supplier footprint at our annual meeting.  PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONFERENCE.


HOW TO SIGN UP & ORDER:

The various options described to the left can be selected on the supplier registration form as well as your choices for exhibit space. Booths are numbered on the Exhibitor map and available on a first come, first served basis.  Or print out a paper copy of the order form, fill it out and email or mail to the CWWCA office for processing. Please include payment information or a check (address is on the order form). If you have questions, don't hesitate to call the CWWCA office at (720) 244-8024.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

You must book your hotel reservation by calling: 1-800-525-2253 and requesting the CWWCA 2026 group rate.  The website link to register for a room is:

Beaver Run Resort Reservations

Group room rate starts at $181 per night plus tax for a standard room and goes up based on the size of the room needed. WiFi is included.  The cut-off date to make a reservation is Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

** New this year. Thursday, July 9th between 6:30 – 8:30pm we have planned a Supplier Sponsored Welcome Reception in Beaver Run’s Base 9. Base 9 has complimentary pool tables, darts boards, and other games. Stop by and say hello! ** 

Join us for dinner and a LIVE AUCTION on July 10th. Bring your contributions and bring your money to participate and raise money for CWWCA’s administration, publication, and lobbying efforts throughout the year.  Dinner is included for all fully registered conference attendees or can be purchased a-la-carte for $65. (Dinner is not required to attend the Auction)

Each registration includes the following meals for ONE person. If you need additional meals for coworkers or guests, please include the number on the order form.

If you have a disability and may require special accommodations, please notify us at EXECDIR@CWWCA.org at least (2) weeks prior to the conference. You can request an accessible room when using the online hotel registration link or you can call the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full registration fees will be refunded prior to June 30, 2026. A $150 fee will be charged for cancellations submitted between June 30, 2026 - July 8, 2026. No refunds after July 8th.
